For fire, medical, or police emergencies, call 9-1-1. For RCMP non-emergency, call 250-365-7721. For wildfire reports outside the city, call 1-800-663-5555 (or *5555 from a cell phone). The City uses Voyent Alert for evacuation orders, boil-water notices, and other time-sensitive notifications, sign up to get them.

Visiting City Hall
City Hall has accessible parking, an automatic main door, and accessible washrooms on the main level. Most public counters serve walk-ins, but for larger meetings (planning pre-application, FOI follow-up), call ahead so the right staff person is available.
