Castlegar's Regular Council Meetings are held in the Council Chambers at the Community Forum, #101 to 445 13th Avenue, on the first and third Mondays of each month. In July and August, meetings are usually only held on the second Monday. Meetings are open to the public and also broadcast via Zoom.

Agendas are posted to the City's website the Friday before each meeting. Read the agenda first if you're attending or watching, you can follow the discussion much more easily.
Minutes become the official record once Council adopts them at a subsequent meeting.
